If you're wondering what the gambling gate news stuff is being used to cover. It's this.

"Tories instruct lawyers to fight release of Universal Credit documents ahead of election"

And remember the UK has the lowest welfare benefits of any European country. Universal credit is already spec'd to be punitive. Cutting it only punches down on the weakest and most vulnerable in our society.

"Someone who made $10M in salary last year criticizing the capital gain changes is kind of making the Liberals case for them." - Greg McEachern, CBC Power & Politics

Under Mulroney's Conservative govt the capital gains inclusion rate (the portion of your gain that is taxed) was 75%. Today's inclusion rate is 50% and is being raised to 66%

Most Canadians never have capital gains income, so many don’t clearly understand what it is. is scoring again with misinformation.

Who paid for Nikki Haley's staged & intentionally inflammatory photo op? AFAIK tourists aren't typically allowed to visit artillery units in combat zones and get hands on with live munitions.

What is going on here? Why does the press seem disinterested in how this eye-candy for pro-genocide Americans came to be?

Amazing really how long the gap is between 1.5 being completely dismissed within the scientific community (it essentially had been when I left a decade ago), and politics/media catching on... which is frankly very unfair on most people - who just won't really know the scale of what's coming, because how would they.

Last fall, Pierre Poilievre blamed Prime Minister Trudeau for a diplomatic chill with India.
a) It has been revealed that India interfered in the Conservative leadership race in favour of Poilievre.
b) When it came to the assassination of Hardeep Singh Nijjar on Canadian soil, believed India's prime minister, Modi, over our own Canadian intelligence services.
Add this to PP's spectacular record of being wrong on everything of consequence.

Its not complicated.

Genocide is wrong.

I hope the youth continue to escalate.

I've been an adult for 22 years, voted regularly, and have continued to only experience Ratchet Politics that have cost me liberties, protections, & autonomy.

Enough is enough, & one vote one Tuesday in November is but a thread in the tapestry of collective actions available. Use them all.
